No jar included -the jar he's featured in, is a tight fit (wasn't fixed in the jar) but just to show case him. You'll need a jar that's 3.5" or wider and the jar is 9" tall. 
Formalin fixed, leached and transitioned into 70% isopropyl alcohol.
